Our unique combination of acoustic noise engineering design and manufacturing allows us to offer complete ‘turn-key’ solutions to noise problems. This may comprise a selection of our products to give the required acoustic performance while allowing for material access, ventilation, maintenance, and portability, etc…
Our process typically involves:
We provide support all along the way, including education of management and training for new engineers in the art of specifying acoustic products. We can also assist clients with council dealings by writing letters explaining the acoustic noise control solution required and realistic implementation time-frame.
We do not just sell you a product, we ensure it meets your requirements and are there to maintain, relocate and upgrade your system if needed.
Here are the main elements of our service in more detail:
Consulting
Impartial advice on the best noise control options for your situation to ensure performance is achieved.
For situations requiring ‘assessment only’ of a noise problem, we offer analytical expertise backed with state-of-the-art real-time frequency analyser and a precision sound level meter. From this we can provide you with recommendations and the certification required for your project.
We can also do detailed testing of installed acoustic treatments to ensure noise targets are actually met.
High-level project engineering is also offered.
Design
With our team’s many years of combined acoustic engineering experience with industrial plants, commercial buildings, and environmental issues, we can design a practical optimised system for any noise problem.
Our acoustic design processes have been streamlined by developing in-house technical and manufacturing standards – earning us a reputation as one of NZ’s foremost acoustic manufacturing engineers.
Through the use of sophisticated 3D modelling, CAD software, and CAD/CAM techniques we are able to develop acoustic noise control designs to a high level of detail with fine tolerance – with easy communication to clients via high quality drawings and electronic review packages.
Manufacture
With our large purpose-built factory in South Auckland and experienced team, we are able to meet the production requirements for clients throughout New Zealand. We cater for small or large noise control projects.
Our purpose-built AS1277-1983-compliant test rig is used to verify the performance of our products, and allows ongoing testing and development of new acoustic control products.
Installation
We install and commission throughout New Zealand – with close supervision from experienced engineers to ensure the necessary standards are fully implemented, with minimum disruption to operations.
Support
Because we design and manufacture here in New Zealand and have a team of experienced staff including qualified acoustic engineers we provide exceptional ongoing support, including:
- Quick resolution of problems
- Modification of systems to meet changing demands
- Testing
- Maintenance
- Assistance with compliance, documentation and correspondence
- Acoustic education of staff
