Sound Attenuators
Sound Attenuators are inserted in-line with ducting for heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, to reduce noise while allowing adequate air flow, especially for fan noise control. They contain porous acoustic baffles behind perforated galvanised sheet linings.
Acoustic Enclosures & Generator Solutions
Acoustic Enclosures are designed to cover noisy machinery. They are available in all sizes from small canopies to large multi-story walk-in types with doors, windows, and ventilation systems.
NCS Acoustics design, manufacture and install customised Generator Solutions (Gensets), either plant room installations (buildings) or various NCS Enclosures are utilised, with the addition other NCS Acoustics products such as attenuation, doors/windows, ventilation… a total solution to requirements.
Acoustic Louvres
Acoustic Louvres provide sound reduction and weather protection while allowing air in or out of wall openings. They are presented with an aesthetic finish to suit architectural requirements.
Acoustic Doors and Windows
Acoustic doors provide the opening/closing access function like any normal door, while cutting the noise getting through.
For openings used less often, acoustic “plugs” can be used.
Acoustic windows are double-glazed to cut noise.
Industrial Silencers and Mufflers
Industrial Silencers and mufflers are used to reduce high noise levels from industrial pressure vessel vents, steam discharges, compressors and blower inlets and discharges, and engine exhausts.
Absorptive muffling is used for mid-to-high noise frequencies and reactive muffling is used for low-to-mid frequency noise. Combinations of the two techniques can be used depending on the application required.
Acoustic Panels and Screens/Barriers
Acoustic Absorption Panels are designed to reduce echo and reverberation.
Acoustic Screens/Barriers reduce noise by being placed between the noise source and a listening position and feature a hard, durable exterior to provide a physical barrier, with an absorptive face to the noisy side.

Audiometric/Hearing Testing Rooms
NCS Acoustics Audiometric/Hearing Testing Rooms are often used for occupational nurse and audiology clinic applications. Meets standards used in hearing testing practice (there are maximum allowable sound levels outside the booth). Made of Acoustic Panels and fitted with light/s, power point/s, ventilation system, window, jack panel and door. Available in compact or medium units or designed to clients specifications.
